They came on time, they were very professional, I ended up buying the AMP Club membership for the year, if anything goes wrong covered, they will even come and drain my hot water heater for me. I was so impressed by them!

UPDATE 2025: I just called the and scheduled a smart thermostat. Tyler came on time, explained everything I needed to know about the installation and got it done without any problems. He also got my Furnace inspected, cleaned and tuned up for winter. Both are working perfectly. Thanks AMP for a reliable and outstanding service. Scheduling the inspection and installation was fast, easy and efficient, just a quick phone call. The process was clearly explained to me in advance. Joe and Katie were very respectful, professional, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. I have high standards in regards to manual labor and customer service. Honestly, I must confess they did a very good job. Matt and James arrived on time, performed the tasks to be done, demonstrated proper functioning to me and left the working areas clean. When you make an investment of this type (E.V.), you want to make sure your vehicle is protected against malfunctions. I do not trust Tesla products with such specifications to anybody, this is why I have chosen Amp Electric West Michigan. I am very satisfied with the service provided, pricing and overall experience. Trevor came and ran a dedicated circuit for my new laundry room. What a nice young man!!!! He was efficient and friendly and did a wonderful job. I will definitely consider using Amp Electric again!!

Warren and Zac did an excellent job installing a 220v switch for my sauna. They quickly got it hooked up and were great to work with. They also installed a couple outlets that look great. Thank you Amp electric for another job well done!

Seth text back at 11:00 pm at night. I simply sent an inquiry for a quote in the morning. Never expected someone to respond. In the morning Amp Electric Heating and Air called right away to get us scheduled. With young kids and the uneasy feeling of no heat, it was amazing having a team that not only diagnosed, but sourced parts and repaired the unit the same day. A couple of years ago, I used Amp Electric to perform several upgrades around the house. I really liked the work that they did and felt like they were very affordable compared to other electricians I had hired before and since. Trustworthy, friendly & very knowledgeable! 10/10 recommend! I called in the morning to see if someone could come look at my furnace which wasn’t working. Kailana took my call and was so helpful and worked to get someone over asap. We even shared a few laughs, which was amazing in such a stressful time! Within 2 hours, i had a technical at my door! Tyler was amazing and informative! He thoroughly explained all of the issues (and potential future issues) and quickly was able to repair the unit to get it operational. And he also helped me understand next steps to replacing the unit in the future. I have worked with 2 other companies over the past 4 years and by far, Tyler was the best technician I have ever had the privilege of working with. I called AMP originally because I thought they were the last company I used last winter, but I Was mistaken. Fortunately for both of us, they will be my first choice when it comes to all my future furnace/hvac needs! Thank you so much!

My AC went out on my 25 year old HVAC system. Received pricing from AMP on a new Bryant system and they were very affordable compared to other quotes I received. They came in and installed a new high efficiency hvac system in a day and it's been working great and my gas bill has been lower compared to previous years. I'm happy with their service and would definitely use again.
